UPF Côte d’Ivoire Prepares New Series of Conferences on Social Cohesion in Moronou Region

Bongouanou, Côte d’Ivoire – Leaders of the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Côte d’Ivoire met with the Prefect of Bongouanou in August 2025 to discuss a strategic partnership for peacebuilding. The meeting focused on preparing a series of conferences on social cohesion in the Moronou region, scheduled to begin in September.
The delegation included the President of the CRP Moronou and the Secretary General of the CRP Moronou, who emphasized the importance of engaging both local authorities and civil society in initiatives that strengthen harmony, tolerance, and mutual respect.
The Prefect welcomed the initiative with great interest, affirming his commitment to support UPF’s mission and encouraging collaboration for long-term impact in the region.
This encounter laid the foundation for a significant program that will bring together leaders, citizens, and institutions in constructive dialogue, fostering a peaceful environment essential for development.
