Téhiri, Côte d’Ivoire – On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Côte d’Ivoire held a memorable Caravan of Peace in Téhiri, a locality deeply marked by the post-electoral crisis of 2011. The event aimed at consolidating the spirit of fraternity and building an enduring future free from violence.

The caravan was graced by the presence of H.E. Aka Sayé Lazare, Chairman of UPF Côte d’Ivoire, alongside H.E. Ambroise Kessie, President of the CRP-GOH, as well as several Ambassadors for Peace from across the region.

Participants marched and gathered in a festive yet solemn atmosphere, carrying messages of unity, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Through speeches, testimonies, and cultural expressions, the population of Téhiri was reminded that peace is both a personal responsibility and a collective mission.

The initiative left a profound impact on the community, rekindling hope and reinforcing the role of Ambassadors for Peace as catalysts for healing in regions once torn by conflict.
